• Company Overview: Worked on board a large sailing yacht that hosted culturally diverse charter guests in the South of France and Croatia.
• Wore many hats including, but not limited to, chef, first mate, deckhand.
• Created daily detailed task lists to ensure the boat operated at maximum efficiency, all while ensuring the safety, comfort, and heightened experience of our guests.
• Sourced and cook local and culturally significant meals multiple times a day for each charter over a period of 8 months.
• Quickly learned how to safely navigate the boat on open waters as well as build a unique skill set that kept the sailboat running on schedule and allowed me to develop my time management and self-motivation.
• Engaged with guests outside of daily tasks by offering daily yoga classes in order to bring a lightness and positive energy to the boat.
