  • I currently work as the only staff member for a family doctor
  • I built the entire practice from the ground up
  • When I started, we had an empty office location with 2 patients
  • We now have two fully functional offices with almost 2000 patients
  • My duties are answering all phones, returning voicemails
  • Checking and responding to emails, all of the faxes
  • I order and administer all of the vaccines, I record and document everything, I work with Public Health to ensure that patients are up to date on all of their vaccines
  • I work with interpreters to help with our non-English speaking patients
  • I do all urine dips, prepare specimens to go to the lab, I do all of our Arabic prenatal exams, listen to fetal heart rates and document accordingly
  • I handle all of the office and clinic inventory and order and organize as necessary

  • I assist with patient exams, all pap tests and procedures
  • I am responsible for removing sutures and staples and wound care
