Summary

I am a 41 year old mother of three whom is seeking a position in the construction industry, blessed to be able to return to the work force after three years ago I was paralyzed from the waist down and am very fortunate to be walking. I enjoy learning new experiences and thrive to be the best me at any position! I am very well organized, reliable, and always ready to take on a new challenge. I have a class 1 license, and good drivers abstract. Previously subcontracted as a driver hauling lumber, steal, and other materials to and from sites for companies like PCL, Igloo, Alberta Truss, and many others. I've also had the opportunities to fulfill the customers need in residential, business, commercial and industrial sites so no matter how small or big the job I can proudly say I have always given 110%, love my job and successfully got any task required done in the time manner given.

Excited to be able to return to work and with my children not living at home I am ready and willing to step out and be open to any new experience.

My favorite and best learning opportunity I have had, hired as a receptionist in a small town very successful garbage removal company, into the shop as a laborer when short staffed and decided I wanted to take a trade, before long I was a class 1 driver still working in every area of the company to successfully operate a business and this alone made me the best as I understood the job inside and out. From answering the phone and taking the order, to switching my heels for boots and delivering the service was a customer delight and at times was made to feel like a small town celebrity. That being said and honored to be acknowledged I never allowed that get to my head in fact the pressure and my expectation for myself was I can never let the company, the customers or our town down so I always remained humble, professional an constantly upgrading my skills in order to prevent any upset if at all possible.
