The ATEP Bachelor of Education Elementary generalist program prepares students to teach elementary school subjects in kindergarten to Grade 6. Although the program focuses on K-6, an Alberta teaching certificate allows you to teach kindergarten through Grade 12 in this province. Many of our graduates teach in remote and rural areas, where they undertake multi-faceted teaching positions. The goals of The Bachelor of Management degree program is to prepare graduates that are of the caliber that would address the human resource needs of Maskwacis’ four nations at the organizational management level. Our program is designed to equip students to:

1. Continue on to post graduate studies e.g. an MBA program or another post graduate degree program of their choice

2. Have the necessary foundation to start a business and access available resources to support their business ventures whether on or off reservation.

3. Compete in pursuing employment opportunities including entry-level positions in Band offices and businesses throughout the treaty six territory in fields such as gaming, tourism, and hospitality, agri-business, managerial or financial accounting, human resource management, community planning, and economic development.
