At ALCO, I am a trustee of the employee-run social committee. As a trustee, I am responsible for maintaining and managing the committee's bank account. I also plan various events, such as lunches for more than 100 employees and Christmas parties, to make our workplace a fun and positive environment. In addition, I represent our office staff on the safety committee and help organize safety awards through Elite Apparel to recognize our accident-free years.
