· Perform numerous aesthetic procedures, including dermal filler, neuromodulators, and laser treatments, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction

· Assess patients thoroughly to determine aesthetic needs and tailor an individualized treatment plan

· Educate patients on pre and post care ensuring their understanding and compliance

· Participate in professional development to stay current with new aesthetic trends and treatments

· Conduct preoperative assessments and postoperative care for surgical patients

· Communicate with staff and patients effectively to maintain a positive work environment

· Assess and prepare patients for procedures, performing initial and ongoing assessments

· Accurately document patient encounters, procedures, and detailed care plans

· Evaluate patient’s skin type based off Fitzpatrick Scale for treatments of IPL laser, laser hair removal and radiofrequency microneedling

· Collect patient’s blood draws for high-risk medication monitoring

· Make triage calls to discuss biopsy results and plan of care, answering patient questions and talking with specialty pharmacies to determine best outcome for medication coverage
