Responsibile for working with families from an Anti-Oppresive framework to investigate allegations of child abuse and neglect in accordance with Ministry Standards for Child Protection. Taking steps to increase child safety, and wellbeing during instances where the child is found to be in need of protection. Receive referral information of allegations of child protection using an equity lens to identify the challenges that may be present for the family, provide a balanced analysis of the information received based on the alleged harm and strengths identified in the family and assess the need for further investigation of allegations that child(ren) may be in need of protection as per Differential Response Model for Child Protection in Ontario. Prepare and serve Court Documents, to direct legal counsel, to attend Court and to give testimony on behalf of the Societys applications to represent the Societys applications: to represent the agency in other Court situations.

Coordinated individual service plans for clients in foster system to ensure tailored support and resource allocation. Monitored client progress, adjusting care strategies to optimize outcomes and address emerging needs through the formation of Plan of Cares. Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive assessments and intervention strategies including education system and health professionals. Supervised Treatment Foster Homes in an OPR setting.

Provided nurturing care to foster children, ensuring emotional and physical well-being both full time, short term and on a relief basis in home. Implemented individualized care plans, promoting development and stability for each child.
