  • Began my role as the head 'New Hire Supervisor' where I was in charge of interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training all new employees.
  • Developed and implemented structured orientation programs including safety protocols, job-specific training, and performance evaluations and expectations.
  • More than doubled my department's retention rate through close mentorship and employee development, ensuring seamless integration into company culture and operations.
  • The program and processes I put in place were adapted by the rest of the distribution center and became the template for all other departments to follow with their new hires.

  • Began my role as an OMS (Operations Management Supervisor) where I acted as the middle-man between upper management and our 50-60 truck drivers.
  • Monitored and tracked all UPS drivers out on road ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all packages.
  • Handled any customer complaints or issues that arise from late deliveries to missing packages, etc.
  • Shifted into our 'Preload' operations where I then supervised and oversaw our team of 30-40 employees who worked to off-load UPS freight containers, sort, and then re-load upwards of 50,000 packages a day for daily delivery by our drivers.
  • Assisted both the Merced and Ceres UPS centers during Covid where I worked to ensure the massive influx of packages were still able to get delivered on time despite staffing shortages.
  • Received my DOT which allowed me to go out and assist with delivering in order to help keep up with the spike in online ordering and shipping that came during Covid
