- Began my role as an OMS (Operations Management Supervisor) where I acted as the middle-man between upper management and our 50-60 truck drivers.
- Monitored and tracked all UPS drivers out on road ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all packages.
- Handled any customer complaints or issues that arise from late deliveries to missing packages, etc.
- Shifted into our 'Preload' operations where I then supervised and oversaw our team of 30-40 employees who worked to off-load UPS freight containers, sort, and then re-load upwards of 50,000 packages a day for daily delivery by our drivers.
- Assisted both the Merced and Ceres UPS centers during Covid where I worked to ensure the massive influx of packages were still able to get delivered on time despite staffing shortages.
