I started with Intact as an auto claims adjuster in 2012 - by 2014 I was accepted into the field role. I am currently a level 3 adjuster which includes large and complex commercial and residential claims handling as well as a mentoring role to level 1 and 2 adjusters. I am continually active in special projects, expanded education programs, workflow reviews and efficiency training. I am also responsible for triage of all RSA reassigned files

I started working for Claimspro Edmonton as an assistant, and eventually transferred to the Calgary branch. My main focus was collating reports for casualty and property adjusters, and I effectively filled in roles wherever needed - reception, filing, etc.

Once accepted into the role of contents manager, I was responsible for 4 staff members and 50 storage bins of client personal property - during my time as contents manager I effectively expanded my department to include 12 staff and over 150 in-house storage bins. During this period of extreme growth my main focus was on building an autonomous and cohesive team driven by customer service and professionalism.

I started with On Side as a house cleaner and eventually moved into water restoration, once there I became a crew leader and effectively managed a demolition crew.
