Experienced Instructional Designer with extensive criminology and teaching background, and a robust professional history working in a number of access points to the Criminal Justice System (CJS). My unique perspectives, gained through a combination of rigorous professional and academic experiences, informs my work with victims and CJS survivors, and will guide my approach to teaching CRIM 3509.2: Victims and Criminal Justice. The heart of my expertise lies in my ability to bridge theory and practice to empower students with insights into the changing role of victims in the justice system. With a Master's in Social Justice Education and Criminology coupled with my role as an Instructional Designer, I am equipped, and have a demonstrated commitment to delivering engaging course content that fosters critical perspectives on the role, needs, and rights of victims.
