I coach beginners and intermediates in badminton. For this coaching, we will lead the warmup for them, which includes stretching and running to prevent injury. We will then start with the rally so they can get a feeling of hitting the birdie. Then we will begin feeding the drill set by the head coach. After that, the last 20-30 minutes of class will be games where they play against each other to use the skills they learned in class.
