  • My role was helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hired as Mission Control Associate to ensure trips are running smoothly and safely from the service operations command center
  • During my role, I was identify ways to maximize safety and service efficiency, including real-time management of fleet and crew allocation
  • I was also monitor areas within the vehicle’s operational design domain and put restrictions in place if certain areas should be temporarily avoided (e.g., civic events, signal alerts, or emergency scenes)
  • Support commercial service operations from the service operations command center.
  • Ensure all operational teams are ready for service by completing pre-mission startup checklists
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure the operation in your market is running smoothly
  • Be the first stop for basic vehicle troubleshooting
