- Prepare all the on boarding material and input employee information in system. Assigning locker, coordinate with IT ensure the new employee are able to access email and all the log-in credential.
- Daily tasks also included and preparing monthly reports such as mandatory safety certificate enrolment report and headcount statistic. Conducting exit interview and issue proof of employment letter.
- Annual or quarterly tasks included annual medical check report, employee survey, P&C expense forecast.
- Leading employee event such as direct line meeting, birthday party, wellness day, Christmas party and charity run. Prepare employee communication board and update information on weekly basis
- Assist team member regarding their benefit, such as insurance enrolment, report incident and accommodation request
- Assist L&D manager prepare materials for internal department training and new employee orientation. Leading hotel tour and Q&A session.
