In the past quarter I was able to promote 5 baristas to SSV's and given my peer team 6 baristas. I also trained 3 partners for the peer team. I was also able to help train partners outside the district. I also was working in a dual district ADP program for SSV's to ASM's. I was able to receive several awards from the city of Torrance and Los Angeles.
