• Project: Coordinated a 46 x 78 ft vinyl installation project, ensuring completion within a three-day timeline while managing vendor relationships. Negotiated pricing with vendors, successfully reducing project cost from $53,000 to $38,000 to optimize budget efficiency.

• Respond accurately and professionally to questions and concerns from associates and managers through multiple channels (in-person, email, phone, etc.) in a timely manner
• Escalated discrepancies and issues with associate interactions, including investigations, theft, and harassment, to business partners.
• Project: Fraud Tracking Standard Work Procedure (SOP) Created a tracking system and demonstrated to peers how to conduct investigations and interviews for Bereavement fraud or Leaves of Absence fraud. For Bereavement fraud in place as of December 2023 we noticed an arise in time being paid with no documentation or proof of reported deceased of 87%. With the SOP in place and conducting interviews and investigations time fraud has dropped to 35%.
• Time Theft Macro: With data collection of associates reporting punches outside of the work place we lost over $725,890.67 per month. With the excel macro it is pulled on weekly basis to investigate and interview associates and will follow a progressive disciplinary action. As of August 2024 financial losses reduced by $32,673.52 per month.

• Facilitate a smooth transition from onboarding to in-path training while remaining engaged and acting as a resource for new hires
• Developed a project plan To follow New Hire training Compliance. I created an MS macro excel where I would track any misses. For example in the month of June 2023 Compliance percentage for behind the smile training was at 78.93% seeing that many associates missed modules I conducted a class and had one-on-ones with them, recording the module. Had to partner with Human Resources for employee details, and any further escalations required with that it brought our compliance to 99.83% from year to current date.
• Ensure training materials are kept and delivered to a high standard and provide a positive learning experience
• Conducted performance evaluations and identified improvement areas, facilitating growth opportunities through audit processes.
