● Lead multiple client accounts across multiple industries and managing different contracts with varying expectations and set up
● Responsible for client partnership and being a strategic partner and ensuring the team is delivering on contract obligations
● Responsible for all invoicing, commercial models and forecasting for the clients
● Ensuring recruiters are delivering on client expectations
● Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly calls and presentations with all client partners
