My client was a SaaS company with a workflow management software product. Their goal was to substantially increase organic traffic and rankings for high-value keywords, without relying on active link building.

STRATEGY

I audited their existing keyword strategy and focused it only on relevant keywords like workflow software, workflow analysis, project management, etc.

Next, I overhauled their existing content, establishing writer guidelines to align future content with search intent. I also set up internal linking protocols to interconnect old and new content.

Ongoing, I monitored rankings in Google Search Console, iterated on headlines to boost click-through-rates, and made continuous optimizations.

RESULTS

In under 2 years, my efforts grew the site from 0 to over 150,000 monthly organic visitors, with zero link building.
