Recruitment Operations Manager
- Oversee and optimize the entire recruitment process for all internal positions, including job posting, application screening, interviewing, and presenting suitable candidates to department leadership, ensuring a streamlined and efficient experience
- Create in-depth reporting and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and process optimization opportunities, delivering actionable insights aligned with organizational goals
- Identify and execute opportunities to optimize the internal and remote agent recruitment pipelines, leveraging data and frontline feedback to implement continuous improvements; spearhead the implementation of automation and AI-driven workflows to enhance efficiency
- Develop, maintain, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all recruitment functions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all hiring workflows
- Manage Internal Recruitment Specialist and Recruitment Specialist II teams focused on internal and remote agent hiring respectively, ensuring adherence to candidate experience standards and recruitment timelines, providing coaching and support, and maintaining role-specific process knowledge to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate with department leaders to enhance talent acquisition and management processes, delivering exceptional experiences for all stakeholders
- Lead and execute recruitment-related projects, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic departmental and organizational objectives
