Knowledgeable and hardworking Medical Lab Technician who has been with PRHC since 2007. I have worked the Sendout Bench and in the Core Lab efficiently since 2010, bringing 14 years of expertise to the Technician III Clinical Chemistry Position. I am skilled multitasker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills which have helped me create documents and provide my coworkers with up to date information that is required to handle, process and ship patients samples in a timely manner. In 2017 I began as the Internal auditor for Specimen Procurement and have continued in that position since. During my time on Sendout I have completed the required TDG training, created a tip sheet to assist coworkers, maintained required reference labs address and kept requisitions up to date. My quality driven approach is evident in my history of maintaining the Aptio, centrifuges, 2100 analyzer, 5100 analyzer, stainer maintenance and completing quality controls in alignment with regulatory guidelines.

I am always interested in learning new skills and techniques to help with patient care at PRHC.

In closing I would like to add the Sendout Bench and Core Lab have been a passion of mine for many years. I take pride in that position and I always go the extra mile make sure the information is up to date and the process is running smoothly for my coworkers, the nurses, physicians and the patients at PRHC. The Technician Chemistry Core Lab position is an important part of the PRHC family and I have the knowledge, skills and the drive needed.
