I am a business professional with over 15 years of experience in the customer service industry, and over 4 years’ experience in an administrative role. I have developed very strong skills in account reconciliation, data entry, compliance, document processing and general accounting practices. My experience with administrative duties includes office management, switchboard operation, the use of excel for tracking and data management, scheduling, general ledger posting and supply ordering. I am highly dependable, able to multi-task efficiently, and work well with minimal direction. Throughout the recent completion of my Accounting Technician program, I have gained valuable knowledge relating to bookkeeping, business accounting, tax preparation and completion and the use of accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks. I have a strong interest in growing my career in the accounting industry.
