  • Led the planning of the winter program, focusing on core business objectives, for future planning. Included working with drilling, completions, and reservoir engineering teams to define scope and testing requirements for a variety of wells.
  • Executed winter program, completing scouting exercises, licensing requirements, and pre-spud documents, and working on call to ensure the safe and successful execution of a 52-well program consisting of two different assets.
  • Completed reserves evaluations included updating reservoir maps (structure and Isopach maps) and volumetric analysis for forecasting using new well data, seismic data including 4D analysis, and observation well data.
  • Worked with drilling and reservoir engineers to plan multiple SAGD pads consisting of 9-12 well pairs to support sustaining production of the field. Planning included evaluating structure, mud bodies, and impairments to optimize direction of pads and placement of wells.
  • Worked with an integrated team to evaluate, plan, and execute 4 consecutive brownfield programs (20+ production wells), evaluating non-producing or low-production wells and ranking them based on additional volume reserves, current production, and execution risk.
  • Lead geologist during the execution of multiple brownfield programs (20+ wells) actively geo-steering the wells while drilling using cuttings, resistivity, and gamma logs to ensure optimal placement within the reservoir.
