During clinical rotations I acquired experience in different areas of the lab: Clinical Chemistry, Clinical Microscopy, Hematology, Phlebotomy, Serology, Blood Banking, Microbiology, and Histopathology.

• Identified patient and labeled specimens with correct information
• Determine number of cells, morphology, and blood group (crossmatching), assessing compatibility for transfusion purposes.
• Conducted chemical and microscopy analysis of body fluids to determine presence of normal and abnormal components.
• Collected and reviewed patient medical histories to accurately interpret test results.
• Communicated effectively with patients and healthcare providers, fostering trust and understanding.
