Swich is on a journey to ensure financial wellness across emerging markets. It started off in 2023 as a payment aggregator venturing into the space to serve customers across Pakistan.

Brief details of responsibilities:

• Developed and executed comprehensive test plans and cases for the online payment gateway services, including e-wallet, direct bank transfers, and bill payment function. Verified the core functionality of payment services, ensuring accurate transaction processing and integration with various financial institutions.
• Tested integrations between the payment gateway and external systems, including banks and e-wallet providers, to ensure seamless data exchange and transaction accuracy.
• Maintained high levels of application security by vigilantly testing for vulnerabilities and liaising with development teams to address concerns promptly.
• Evaluated system performance under different load conditions, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks to maintain optimal user experience.
• Validated RESTful and SOAP APIs for functionality, reliability, and performance, ensuring robust interaction between the payment gateway and other services.
