• Supervision of construction and repair of truss systems and roofing systems.

• Quality Control for overall site works such as construction masonry works and concrete structures. Roof systems like truss systems for support structure, installation of roofing sheets, EPS panel box, profile boxes, asphalt and wooden roof shingles and clay tiles.

• Site Inspection to ensure proper material and implantation of project specifications.

• Site Coordination to ensure well work progress and in-time delivery of project deadlines.

• Site Safety to ensure safe working condition for all workers on site.

• Overall site management.

• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations on the construction site.

• Managing daily works inspection and facilitating normal day works.

• Developing work schedules and staffing.

• Report progress of daily works and checking on daily work quality control.

• Estimate materials required to provide quote costing.

• Interpretation of BOQ to quote materials and provide order sheets to request materials for works on site.

• Supervision of project excavation and working hand in hand with project Surveyor and QS to quote costing and payment to contractors.

• Supervision of steel framework’s structure and inspection of steel fixing works to ensure detail followed to structural design drawings on ground.

• Supervision of application of water proofing additive to underground and retaining walls concrete pouring at local batching plants to ensure proper ratios for the selected design.

• Supervision of underground water tanks concrete pouring and water proofing coating to prevent leakage.

• Supervision of masonry and concrete works progress as depicted by architectural design details to produce finished result as per client’s specifications.

• Supervision of installation of roof systems including roof truss structure, EPS panels boxes, asphalt and wood shingles, clay tiles, profile boxes and sheet metals.

• Supervision of setting up of steel scaffolding systems and gum poles scaffold systems to reach exterior and interior high-level surfaces for site works such as plastering, steel fixing, gypsum works and roof systems installation.

• Steel fixer to building bases, beams, slabs and stair cases.

• Setting up of scaffolding to provide access to high platform for masonry works, steel works, concrete works, plastering and roofing works.

• Preparation of formworks by powered machines (powered saw) for concrete casting and plastering.

• Preparation of steel bars by powered tools (Grinder, Bar bending machine and drills) for steel fixing works.

• Application of water proof to concrete works prior to casting and other masonry works.

• Installation of sheet metals, clay roof tiles and EPS panels to roofing systems.
