Primary Responsibilities:
- Taking Orders: Receive food and beverage orders from guests over the phone or in person, and input them accurately into the hotel's system.
- Food and Beverage Delivery: Deliver orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that food is presented attractively and at the right temperature.
- Setting Up: Set up tables, trays, or carts with linens, utensils, and glassware according to hotel standards.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and inform them about daily specials and menu changes.
Additional Duties:
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the room service area and hotel floors are clean and tidy.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourse with menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest queries and make recommendations.
