Volunteer Interests

  • I teach trauma conscious yoga to Veteran’s that have sustained life altering injuries both mentally and physically. It is a passion of mine to support those who support and sacrifice so much for our country.
  • I very much enjoy adventure, from hiking to paddleboarding and everywhere in-between. I thrive on travel and experiencing cultures, people and places.
