
I've developed strong communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments all while effectively handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. I've demonstrated ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality service. I'm looking forward to transition these skills into a new field that will contribute to a different professional setting. I quickly adjust to new work settings and excel in new environments.
