As a teamwork intervention with my leading,

• We conducted medical history and physical examinations, checked vital signs to triage patients, measured height, weight, and head circumference, and reviewed growth charts for issues for over 20 patients per day.
• I made medical diagnoses and treatment plans, prescribed medications, and hospitalized or referred patients to specialists as needed.
• Collaborated with healthcare professionals to follow up with patients and communicated with parents to educate them via media platforms and message channels.
• Conducted vision, hearing, and speech screenings, monitored immunization schedules, administered necessary vaccines, evaluated nutritional intake, and addressed feeding routines or special diets.
• I supported premature newborns with breast/formula feeding and pulmonary sustainability and managed existing morbidities.
• We provided preventive guidance to parents on sleep issues, injury, poisoning, chronic condition management (e.g., allergic rhinitis), and child safety, and also monitored for signs of abuse or neglect and school attendance issues.
• As a result of these attempts, there was decreased waiting time and convenient workflow for the patients.

• I gained experience collaborating with healthcare professionals in various hospitals, coaching nursing faculty, and serving as a consultant pediatrician for Provincial Radio.
• To enhance my practice, I implemented several solutions, such as hiring and training skilled assistants and leading a competent clinical team.
• Created online workspace and utilized electronic files for efficient practice management, engaged parents in data gathering through online questionnaires.
• Established communication channels via social media and set up a messaging panel for parental training and patient follow-ups.
• These efforts resulted in increased patient satisfaction, positive word-of-mouth recommendations, strong online reviews, and patient referrals of 20% per month. Through parental education, I successfully reduced the overuse of steroids and broad-spectrum antibiotics and decreased unnecessary hospitalizations.
