Summary

One year servicing to Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning team as Rotating Equipment Specialist and performed witnessing and approving of installation, MRT and other Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities related to Rotating equipment in Bidboland II Gas Refinery Project. Around 16 years experience in the field of Mechanical equipment (mostly rotating equipment) of refinery and petrochemical and pipe line projects. This was included of basic, detail engineering and procurement services comprises of preparation of Job Specifications, ITP, Mechanical Data Sheets, Material Requisitions, Technical bid Evaluations, and Vendor's Documents Review for Rotating equipment as Department Manager. Ten years experience in the field of basic (thermal) design for package and industrial boilers and HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator). This experience was utilizing of IHI Co. (Japan) technology in design of Package and industrial boilers and FW (Spain) technology in design of HRSG.

  • Performing of all managerial activities (such as Man hour estimation, resource planning, cost estimation) and document checking & approval including Specifications, ITP, Data Sheets, Requisitions, TBE and VDR of Rotating Equipment for fulfillment of Department Duties in following projects:
  • Arak Refinery Expansion & Upgrading Project - Revamping of some existing units and establishing of new process Units in order to increasing of Arak Refinery Capacity - Iran
  • Azadegan Development Project - Azadegan oil field is located in South of Iran and this project was started by a Japanese Company and continued by SAZEH Co
  • But stopped because of financial causes
  • Bidboland II Gas Refinery Project - For developing of Gas sweetening and handling units to produce C2+ Gases and injection of produced Sweet gas to National Gas Pipeline Grid in form of Consortium between SAZEH and JAHANPARS (EPC)
  • In this project, I made servicing to Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning team as Rotating equipment specialist and performed witnessing and approving of installation, MRT and other Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities related to Rotating equipment
  • In this project different types of pumps [Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Progressive Cavity, Fire water (NFPA 20) etc.], Different Type of Compressors [Centrifugal multistage (Gas Turbine driven), Reciprocating and Integrally geared Air Compressors], Turbo expanders, cranes etc

  • Hormuz Oil Refinery Project (Basic + EPC ) - this refinery is establishing in order to refining of Heavy oils of south oil fields and the project is running now by the consortium between SAZEH, SEI (China) and PIDEC (Iran), with the leadership of SAZEH and is in requisition floating Stage - Iran
  • South Pars 12-EPC2 contract - For execution of phase 12 of south pars gas field development in south of Iran in form of Consortium between SAZEH and DAELIM (South Korea) (EPC)
  • South Pars 15 & 16 For execution of phase 15 & 16 of south pars gas field development in south of Iran (Detail Engineering Services)
  • South Pars 22 & 24 For execution of phase 22-24 of south pars gas field development in south of Iran (Detail Engineering Services)

  • This Project is running now by consortium of SAZEH, SEI (China) and ODCC and I moved to SAZEH at the end of requisitioning stage
  • Bandar Abbas Gas Condensate Refinery (.Basic design) - Head of Mechanical Section for BANDAR ABBAS GAS CONDENSAT REFINERY Basic Design Project
  • Which is located in south of Iran (Rotating and Fixed Equipment)
  • Bandar Abbas Debottlenecking Project - the goal for this project was debottlenecking of existing Refinery in order to increasing its capacity by means of changing some equipment with new ones and rearranging some ones else
  • My role was Senior Mechanical Engineer for Rotating and Fixed Equipment

  • Kish Heat Recovery Steam Generator - performing basic design for one 40 T/hr HRSG which is located downstream of a 25 MW GT
  • My role in this project was designing of all heating surfaces and performing circulation calculation, sizing of risers and feeders and all steam drum internals
  • These duties were accomplished by using of Foster Wheeler software and technology which was granted to AZAR AB Co
