Accomplishments

One of my biggest achievements was being a key part of a major nationwide network upgrade project at Canadian Blood Services, where we upgraded over 50 sites across Canada.
I was responsible for configuring and deploying Cisco routers, switches, voice gateways, and access points.
I also worked on onboarding new devices into Cisco DNAC, PRTG, and Prime for centralized monitoring.
In addition, I successfully configured and supported Cisco Meraki devices for wireless and network optimization.
Through this work, I helped improve network performance, enhanced monitoring, and reduced site downtimes during migration, contributing to the overall success of the project.
