Projects Achievements

  • Customer Success Omni Channel Implementation, Based on the survey we ran prior to completing the project, 73% respondents were tagged as 'Omni channel shoppers' as they shopped over multiple platforms. Successfully increased cart value by 4% for instore shopping and 10% for online.
  • The Ontario school Information System (OnSIS) Implementation, Delivered implementation and improvement proposal plan for the Ontario Ministry of education. Researched different methodologies on comprehensive analysis to assess risk associated with continuing usage of the OnSIS application over the next ten years and gather advice on options for the ministry’s collection of student- and teacher-level data. Provided research and detailed report on the effectiveness and best practices associated with technological solutions and business processes for collecting student- and teacher-level data at the state/provincial level in other jurisdictions. Provided advice on the advantages/disadvantages of technological solution options (e.g., Application Programming Interface (API)) that could be implemented in Ontario to collect all required student- and teacher-level data from boards and schools.
