Receiving, Storage and Reloading:
Entering inventory data such as quantities and descriptions
Receive all product, including verifying box count, packing slip counts and inspecting for freight damage.
Auditing labels to ensure products are shipped and received to the right destinations.
Review all orders to determine if they were picked correctly.
Accurately place materials on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas in an orderly manner and accurately document warehouse locations.
Communicate product receipt to receiving administrator by turning in receiving paperwork (BOL and packing slip) to the receiving office within a timely manner.
Receive shipments and check for damages and sort product by P.O/S.O number.
Pull correct product for the correct project based on P.O/S.O/location/carton count etc.
Load for all shipments out of the warehouse, ensuring that correct product is loaded to the correct truck for the correct job site and that products are protected and vehicles are properly packed.
Keep an inventory of all merchandise that is entering and exiting the warehouse.
Identifying any missing lost, or damaged product/items/materials and immediately notifying a supervisor or manager.
Managing all merchandise with appropriate care.
Assisting with training of newly employed workers.
Maintain warehouse in clean, neat and highly organized manner, including all stored product, supplies, equipment.
Coordinate layout of warehouse, and other storage areas, considering usage, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
Train employees on proper storage of items received and shipped as well as the proper use of material handling equipment and related warehousing equipment.
Develop standardized work procedures that will maximize productivity and minimize errors.
Assign duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
Schedule daily routing of company vehicles for pick-ups and deliveries for maximum efficiencies.
Coordinate the flow of information needed to all departments in a timely manner.
Provide feedback and suggestions for continual improvement to ensure a smooth-running department and overall operation.
Schedule and coordinate manpower to meet daily workload.
Ensure warehouse space is utilized effectively and maintained cleaned through 5S standards and in conformance to policies and procedures and GMP’s

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of both product and paperwork from support staff.
Ensure integrity of inventory and cycle count/accuracy.
Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, following accident reporting guidelines and conveying issues to management.
Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
Interview, select, and train warehouse staff.
Manage employee time and attendance, and update timecards appropriately.
Support overtime on weekends if needed.
Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.
