I began my career at Paradise Point Resort and Spa as an on call banquet sever in 2014. In 2019, I began training and working as a banquet food captain. I also started helping to oversee the bars. In 2022, the former full time bar captain left the company and I took over his position. I now work primary as a beverage captain but fill in on the food side when needed.
