  • 2002 to 2006, functioned as Senior Plant Production Supervisor, coordinating Productions functions and liaising between the the production, maintenance and marketing department to ensure production schedules were met in order to fulfill customer requirements for product.
  • Coordinated marine terminal activities, ensuring that jetty functions permitted the receipt and export of product to facilitate seamless plant operations. This also involved maintenance of the jetty and equipment, hopper, conveyor systems, crane, and other general hardware.
  • Liaising with the Bridgetown port to ensure safe and smooth vessel movements between the port and the plant's terminal.
  • 1988 to 1991 Production Shift Supervisor with the responsibility for the safe and efficient operations of the raw material preparation, cement kiln operations, and finish milling.
  • 1984 to 1988 Power Station Foreman with responsibility for operations and maintenance of a 12MW power station, medium speed, diesel and HF oil engines 3 by 4MW each.
