2. Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), flux-cored arc welding(FCAW), plasma arc welding (PAW), shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) and submerged arc welding (SAW).

3. Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.

4. Operate brazing and soldering equipment.

5. Operate metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears, and other metal straightening and bending machines.

6. Repair worn parts of metal products by welding on extra layers.

Operated and monitored automated tea bag packing machines (including Fuso, IMA, and Constanta models).

Set up machines daily for different tea variants, ensuring proper configuration and smooth startup.

Conducted routine preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting to reduce downtime.

Performed welding and fabrication for maintenance and repair of production equipment and structural fixtures.

Maintained accurate production logs, including quantity packed, downtime reasons, and machine performance.

Worked closely with the quality assurance team to ensure packaging standards, seal integrity, and correct weights.

Trained junior operators and provided on-the-job support to improve operational efficiency.

Followed all health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with company and FSSAI guidelines
