Active Directory: Administration and security management of user accounts and groups, including Group Policy Objects (GPO), group and permission management, and Distributed File System (DFS). Also responsible for managing Azure in a hybrid environment, implementing access controls, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and integrating SAML applications.

· Networking and Wireless: Management and configuration of DHCP and DNS services locally, Zscaler web filtering and VPN solutions, and RADIUS servers for MFA and wireless access control. Skilled in FortiClient VPN configuration and FortiGate IPsec tunnel deployment. Proficient in Cisco Routing & Switching ( 9300, 9500 Series) and wireless LAN access control using Meraki, Aruba, and Sophos solutions.

· Firewalls & Security: Administration and management of Sophos and Fortinet firewalls, including Access. Experience with vulnerability scanning using Tenable and security monitoring through Arctic Wolf. Perform internal penetration testing with Kali Linux. Maintain ISO 27001 compliance with AdminByRequest and deliver user awareness training through KnowBe4.

· Virtualization & Infrastructure: VMware ESXi, VMware virtualization using Proliant HPE

· Storage solutions (SAN, NAS): Design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise storage systems including Dell PowerStore, EMC, Lenovo DE Series, Promise, and QNAP. Skilled in deploying robust SAN and NAS environments to ensure high availability, scalability, and data integrity.

· Server Administration: Administration of Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025), including management of WSUS, SCCM, and Lansweeper for application, server, and operating system patching.

· Linux/Unix:Working knowledge of configuration & maintenance (Linux, Ubuntu, RedHat)

· Scripting & Automation: Proficient in PowerShell scripting for system administration and automation tasks. Perform proactive remote maintenance and manage automation workflows using Pulseway services.

· Backup, Replication & Disaster Recovery: Configuration, migration, and maintenance of backup and replication solutions using Veeam, AWS, and Wasabi to ensure robust data protection, immunity and disaster recovery readiness.

· Monitoring:Daily monitoring of network and server infrastructure, production applications, security systems, and storage using Pulseway and PRTG to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security. Responsible for auditing all activities across systems by reviewing monitoring logs and activity reports using AdminByRequest.

· Software and Image Deployment: Customize and deploy Windows images and software using MDT,Lansweeper,SCCM ensuring compatibility and support across Windows 10, and 11 LTSC versions.
