on a 68 unit building i run schedule 80 pvc for main line including hangers,also cast iron waste and vent 2'' to6'' pipe size at another building i did most of the 70 unit building water lines cpvc for risers up to 2'' pipe and inside the units run pex for water distribution up to 1 1/2 pipes.also bunch of roof drains and balcony floor drains.

started in downtown l.a converting office buildings into loft apartments for about 3 years and then they got me into paramount pictures doing mostly service repair/some building remodelint to tenant specific's bathroom kitchen,also working with a/c trade running condensation lines pump installations and replacing hot/cold water valve actuators for them somethimes using a water freezing machine for cutting copper pipes live.i did tons of main sewer stoppages and drains too water heater replacing thank and thankless too i did work also on undergroung water lines domestic and fire sistems,replacing fire sprinklers and servicing fire risers up to 12'' in diameter lots of repiping under buildings water and sewer lines as well gas lines,work for some years the nigh shift takeing calls from dispatch about tenants request often under minimal time limits.
