Accomplishments

  • At Qualcomm wireless communication, documented and resolved a complex audio interference issue, which led to improvement in audio quality.
  • While at ViaSat, I was tasked with manually configuring 50 products within an initially challenging 3-week timeframe, which many considered impossible. Despite this, I not only successfully completed the task ahead of schedule but was also recognized with an award for my exceptional achievement.
  • I was reassigned to the Tactical Data Link division, where I undertook the responsibility of diagnosing and resolving all product failures during a test engineer's medical leave. Within a span of three months, I successfully addressed and resolved all the issues, earning the appreciation of the management who recognized my diligent efforts with an award.
