I'm motivated and compassionate with experience at Hope the Mission and the Triumph Foundation. I'm skilled in event coordination and building meaningful connections and have proven ability to create engaging environments, resolve conflicts effectively, and collaborate as part of a dynamic team. Adept at upholding operational excellence and championing community service, with a sharp focus on detail and efficiency.

I've also developed strong interpersonal and multitasking skills in childcare-focused environment, ensuring nurturing and organized setting. Expertise in managing daily routines, conflict resolution, and creative engagement with children.

With 14 years of dedicated dance experience, I have sharpened my skills both as a performer and a leader in the dance community. I choreographed for two school dance productions, earned numerous awards in dance competitions, and served as a teaching assistant for younger dance classes. Dance has been a lifelong passion and a source of pride, reflecting my commitment to creativity, discipline, and inspiring others through movement. Another accomplishment is being apart of a startup social media company called BeSeen which fosters a positive community of mental health awareness. I'm in the Core program at school which is a writing and humanities program and have won awards for honor role in middle school. School has taught me discipline, social skills and that hard work pays off.
