• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Helping with mobility support, transfers, and safe walking.
• Driving or accompanying clients to doctor appointments, errands, social activities, etc.
• Safety checks around the home to prevent falls or hazards.
• Patience, compassion, and good communication.
• Some roles require CPR/First Aid training or basic healthcare knowledge.

• Ability to help physically (lifting, standing, assisting mobility).

• Reminding clients to take medications and sometimes helping manage schedules.

• Cutting, washing, bagging, sealing, packing, and loading produce.
• Washing products on tables or conveyors after cutting.
• Assisting crew leaders or foremen as needed.
• Work is usually outdoors, in varying weather and physical conditions
• Lifting and moving product or packaging materials (often 30–50 lbs or more).
• Performing repetitive tasks such as packing, sorting, and stacking
• Following safety and sanitation procedures.
• These jobs are physically demanding — expect lots of walking/standing, lifting, and repetitive motion.
