Summary

I've been with coffee most of my life, but have been working as a barista for over 2 years.
I really enjoy interacting with customers and can tell a lot about coffee.
Coffee degustation is probably my favorite thing I've been on a lot of cupping sessions, and I'm very persistent in making coffee if I don't like it I will redo it 100 times, so by the way I once drank 1.5 liters of coffee on shift.
I have roasted coffee and had the experience of over half a year of watching coffee being roasted, packaged and sold, I have a good understanding of the process.
I've noticed that when I start talking to a customer, I get to sell an extra pack of coffee.=)
All the time I try to look for some new coffee, an interesting method of brewing coffee and something to combine for example different methods on v60, kalita, aeropress.
And the last fact about me - when I start working in a cafe, I spend a lot of time there after work sitting at my laptop and doing other work, so it turns out that I will be almost always in a cafe.
