• 10-12 hour days, working 7 days straight. Remote location, access only by snowmobile or cat
• Serve breakfast, lunch, apres & dinner to guests, assist chef with prep of food, dishwashing
• Cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, stairwells, games room, washrooms & dining spaces
• Making beds, changing linens, restocking supplies, vacuuming, mopping, dusting & disinfecting
• Conduct pre-arrival staging; light fireplaces, ensure hot drinks are available, set ambiance
• Monitor and refill water tank, test chlorine levels daily
• Turn generator on/off at the start/end of each day
• 11 hour shifts, working 15 days straight. Fly in, fly out, remote location, living on site
• Opening and closing of restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
• Set up of continental Breakfast buffet and replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation
• Deliver food and beverages, take accurate orders, refilling drinks, quickly clearing tables and resetting for next guests
• Describe daily features and daily changing 3 course set menu along with it’s wine pairings to guests
• Making coffee & tea, spirits, beer, wine, basic cocktails and non alcoholic drinks
• Greet and seat guests, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
• Present bills to customers and process payments accurately using POS systems and provide correct change, receipts or charges to room
• Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
• Cleaning of entire lodge each day - vacuuming, mopping, cleaning washrooms
• Washing dishes, assisting with clean up in the kitchen, polishing glassware and silverware
• Washing & ironing of napkins and staff uniforms
• Fly in, fly out. Working 3 weeks straight with 1 week off. 11.5 hour shifts. Remote location
• Timesheet & roster management, daily reporting using excel
• Manage flights, accommodation and site access for personnel
• On board new contractors ensuring all inductions, training and medicals are completed
• Liase and build strong relationships with Recruitment Advisors, Project & Site Managers
• Airport pick ups, drive subcontractors from camp to site each day
• Fly in, fly out. Working 2 weeks straight with 1 week off. 12.5 hour shifts. Remote location.
• Make beds, clean & service up to 25 rooms and bathrooms a day
• Book and check residents in for flights and accommodation (up to 500 pax on site)
• Prepare staff rosters & timesheets, daily reports & room checks
• Daily preparation of housekeepers cleaning run, kitchen menu and allergen sheets
• Weekly stocktake of retail shop and uniforms, inventory management
• Serve residents in retail shop using POS system, opening & closing unattended
• Answer questions & provide information about the camp and it's amenities
• Resolve any issues that may arise
• Serve food & drinks to high profile VIP clients at dinners, weddings & cocktail parties
• Opening/closing and cleaning of bar, cafe & restaurant
• Setting up for functions and events
• Polishing cutlery & glassware, dishwashing
• Clear food, drinks, crockery, cutlery and glasses from tables
• Cleaning dormitories, bathrooms, kitchen, common areas and outdoor terraces
• Changing bed linen and rubbish bins
• Replenishing supplies
• Washing and drying of laundry
• Reception, checking guests in and out
• Taking guests out on tours and activities, make sure everyone is enjoying themselves
• Serve beer, wine, basic cocktails & spirits
• Opening & closing of bar and venue
• Process sales transactions using POS system - Square
• Assist chef with preparing hors d'oeuvres
• Offer guests canapes whilst being aware of dietary requirements
• Fly in, fly out. Working 2 weeks straight with 1 week off. Remote location. Day & night 12
hour shifts over a 24 hour roster
• Setting up and maintaining the buffet area, serving food and drinks
• Food preparation, cleaning of equipment, dishwashing, temperature checks
• Cleaning of the kitchen, dining room, lunch room and back of house
• Cleaning village rooms, laundries, gym and other common spaces, emptying bins
• Meet, greet & seat customers
• Handling customer queries, issues & concerns
• Opening & closing of bar and restaurant
• Training new staff both on the floor and behind the bar
• Mixing and serving beer, wine, spirits, milkshakes, smoothies, coffees & cocktails
• Taking orders, delivering food & drinks, clearing tables, cash handling and settling bills
