-Setting up mats, gates and other similar things to ensure my Niece has a large playing space, while also making sure said area is safe and away from easily accessible things that could cause harm. (Ie; ovens, plants, and objects she could easily choke on if swallowed.)

-Playing with Niece; helping her learn new words as we go along. This usually involves reading books, watching movies and building with blocks or other toys in the living room.

-Help out with giving my Niece a bath when she needs one. Playing with the toys she has for it, and making sure she is safe and not left alone while in the water.

-Soothing and calming my Niece when she is upset. Putting on her favourite videos, Ms Rachel and Blues Clues, to bring her comfort and back down to a relaxed state.

-Ensured dog had well-length walks and exercise depending on weather and temperature of the current day.

-Provided updates throughout hours I'd be sitting. Sending videos, photos, and addressing any concerns I had if dog was misbehaving or acting off.

-Keeping food and water dish full, adding any other dog-safe foods into it if given the instructions to by the owner.

-During nights I'd stay over to dog-sit, harmful objects and food would be placed out of reach to keep the dog safe incase she was awake while I was asleep and out of view.

-Lectured dog during any misbehaviors, keeping patience if she ignored me or was too hyper to settle down quickly. Treats were also given as a reward once any bad behaviour was stopped.

-Made sure there was playtime involved to keep dog entertained. Playing with toys she loved in the living room during cooler, rainier days, and taking her outside apart from walks during warmer sunnier weather.
