• Increased 8th grade promotion eligibility from 60% (2022) to 77% (2024), with a projected 84% for 2025, by implementing schoolwide initiatives focused on effective instruction, onboarding, and systems of support.
• Led all middle schools in the district in daily attendance (95%+) since 2022 through targeted onboarding strategies and consistent attendance recovery efforts.
• Grew enrollment from 817 to 941 students over two years by promoting IB Candidacy, increasing transfers, and strengthening school-community communication—while reducing D/F rates from 41% to 33%.
• Earned No Place for Hate designation from the Anti-Defamation League for the 2023–2024 school year.
• Achieved International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme Candidacy Status for 2024–2025.

2019 to 2022 Assistant Principal, Sweetwater High School

• WASC/CDE Lead and author of Category D: Assessment and Accountability that resulted in a 6-year accreditation
• Led school-wide professional development on systemic racism and racial disparity student outcomes
