I am capable of lifting very heavy weights as I do so frequently in the gym, which aids a lot in every day life and work life as well. I have been doing heavy training for over two years, and have been physically active all my life with various sports, including ones with Ukrainian organizations, such as nine years in folk dancing, and three years in soccer.
