Successfully brought the company through CCAA proceedings. Helped with transition to close U.S. subsidiary and transition Canadian Subsidiary after sale to AFG Distribution in March of 2024.
Took over Management of new Parent Company U.S. Team (AFG Distribution) in October 2024 and continue to align strategies, processes and overall business objectives across both countries.
