Continued my passion for BMW as a brand and honing my skills as a salesman who is prideful of their work and the brand they work for. My role as an internet lead salesperson was to bring clients to the store with appointments and the intent to sell by overcoming objections and assisting my team any way to get the deal closed with both sides of the deal being happy.
My time at Carlsbad was spent learning how to sell to any type of client any type of car, fully understanding the sales process knowing what to do/say and when. This dealership taught me to sell in all types of environments being it was a dealership selling hundreds of high line cars a month it taught me to be aggressive when needed while maintaining a level of professionalism required in a high line level. Most of all it taught me an incomplete deal is no deal at all.
Spring being my first introduction to any form of a sales job I would say this job taught me the most. It taught me to initially come out of any shell, how to communicate, and how to lead a conversation while meeting your clients needs without being obvious.
