2025-2017-Medical Review Board Officer Reviewed, granted or revoked commercial licenses. Processed yearly medical paperwork, applications thoroughly, confirming continued compliance with province regulations before granting extensions if necessary.
Met with our medical board team of physicians every 2 weeks to process commercial licenses, making sure the public met the medical standards to drive safely.

2016-2015-Dealer / Inspection Station Officer
Processed payments and fees for dealer and Motor vehicle inspection station licenses. Worked closely with applicants to determine eligibility and verify accuracy and integrity of application data. Coordinated with Motor Vehicle Inspectors regularly and sent them on site visits for location approval in order to meet the requirements.
Organized hearings for the Registrar to make sure proper procedures and guidelines were being followed by inspections stations / dealerships. These meetings would include the Registrar, Motor Vehicle Inspectors, and myself. Recorded and edited minutes of meetings and distributed to appropriate officials or staff members along with writing decision letters based on the outcome of that meeting.
Created guidelines / procedures manual for dealerships and inspections stations in order to be used by the public if necessary.
2014- Licensing Officer (Driving Schools)
Provided up-to-date content to public on opening up a new driving school, requirements to become a driving instructor. Occasionally sent out inspectors to conduct audits on driving schools to make sure proper procedures were being followed and criteria was met.
Processed fees and applications for annual renewals of driving school and instructor permits. Approved / denied potential driving instructors based on criminal and background checks.
Informed clients by mail or telephone of additional steps needed to obtain permits and licenses.
