Alex Shahamat

North Vancouver,BC

Summary

In my current role as the program manager for the Kitsilano Community Policing Centre, I have developed and implemented various strategies to enhance community safety by collaborating closely with the Vancouver Police Department and community members. Working closely with VPD and other EDs to attain a safer community for the people of Vancouver by utilizing safety programs. I should mention that I used to be an experienced loss prevention officer with a basic security licence and a strong commitment to ensuring the safety and security of individuals and property. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying potential risks and implementing effective preventative measures. While my Advance Security Licence recently expired, I am fully prepared to renew it promptly if offered the position at VCH. In addition, I should add that I'm driven by a passion for law enforcement, and I am actively pursuing a career in this field, with the ultimate goal of becoming a police officer.
