    Propose and supervise action plans regarding KPIS and achieving business objectives.

    Promote and authorise action plans of the managers according to the budget variances related to sales, productivity, hours, shrinkage, and operation margin.
    Cooperate with the General Services department in order to keep high level of maintenance, cleaning, structure and lighting with no overspent in terms of budget.
    Cooperate with the Loss and Prevention department to define the strategy and the action plans to meet the set objectives.

    Work with HR Director following the HR strategy to improve standards from an HR perspective and reaching the company goals. In collaboration with the HR Officer define the hours and productivity budget.
    Ensure proper management, development of the store's teams and integration with the new starters for the succession plans
    Ensure the stores are compliant with all the regulations about Health and Safety and occupational health.
